1. Out of concern for the security of personal data entrusted to us by Users / Customers, we have developed internal procedures to prevent disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons. We control their performance and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts.
2. This privacy policy applies to all cases in which the Store is the administrator of personal data and processes your personal data. This applies both to cases in which the Store processes personal data obtained directly from the data subject, and cases in which we obtained personal data from other sources. 4. GDPR means: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

8. The Store processes personal data indicated in the form filled in by the Customer, derived from the concluded contract or obtained by authorized representatives.
9. Each visit to the Store’s website is automatically registered in the system event log. We use the data obtained in this way only for the statistical purposes of the Store. These data concern: device type, operating system, type of internet browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, internet service provider.

11. The administrator processes personal data in order to establish business contacts, send the Newsletter, conduct promotional or marketing activities, perform contracts or orders, store and archive documentation related to the license granted.
12. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
13. If it is necessary to consent to a given purpose of personal data processing, such consent is voluntary, and after it has been expressed, it can be withdrawn at any time.
14. Personal data may be processed as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
15. If the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, possible changes to the law in the field of personal data protection and the development of our website. We will inform you about any changes in a visible and understandable way.
23. We would like to emphasize that we make every effort to ensure that e-mailing is not burdensome for our clients, we limit its volume and send it only when necessary. Each such message also contains a special link that allows you to unsubscribe from further receipt.

Pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, in the cases specified therein, in particular when processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, you have the right to submit an objection to the Administrator. The submitted objection will be considered on the basis of the applicable law, and the objecting party will receive a response in this regard containing the justification for the decision.
