The panel introduces many functionalities not available in the customer panel ((OTRS)) and OTOBO. The solution allows users to access all necessary information about the application. Our panel is a fully functional system closely integrated with the System.

No additional requirements for the module
Number of accounts
The module is licensed to a single server ((OTRS)) Community Edition / OTOBO to a single server. There is no limit to the number of Agent, Administrator and User accounts.
Subscription and Support
The module is sold as a perpetual license.
The user has the right to use technical support in the event of problems for 12 months. Technical Support is available through the Support page or chat on our website.

Installation
By choosing an additional option (during the purchase), you are entitled to direct support from Intalio Services for the installation and configuration of the module.
The implementation process on the part of INTALIO consists of the following steps:
1. Preparation of specifications and implementation details – direct contact with the client.
2. Installing the module .
3. Configuration of the module in accordance with the specification (point 1.).
4. Testing.
5. Handing over the functionality of the module.
