[ZI-PILER] e-mail archive (plugin)

Overview

ZI-PILER zimlet integrates the PILER mail archive with the ZIMBRA system (both with the admin panel and the user’s web panel. Thanks to the Zimlet integration you have quick access to your archive in one place.

The module allows you to manage the configuration of the PILER archive from the level of the administrator interface. Now you can decide on your own about the rules for archiving e-mail. From the user’s point of view, the ZI-PILER zimlet allows you to create your own email archiving steps and use the module as an easily accessible archive for business purposes.

Thanks to our module, you can implement your company’s security policy. Full control over email consistency and integrated management in the Zimbra dashboard. Users can also decide what and when to archive. Feel safe with your data!

Purchase Details

Number of accounts
The module is licensed for all accounts (mailboxes) created on the Zimbra server. If the number of your accounts in Zimbra exceeds the number of accounts compatible with the ZI-Piler module, the functions of the ZI-Piler module will be disabled.

 

Subscription and Support
You can subscribe to the ZI-Piler for one or two years in advance. After this period, the license must be re-subscribed. Zimlet features will be disabled after the subscription period.
During the subscription period, you have the right to update the plug-in to the latest available version and to receive technical support. Support is available through the support page or chat on our website.

Installation
By choosing an additional option (during the purchase), you are entitled to direct support from Intalio Services for the installation and configuration of the module.
The implementation process on the part of INTALIO consists of the following steps:
1. Preparation of specifications and implementation details – direct contact with the client.
2. Installing the module (zimlet).
3. Configuration of the module in accordance with the specification (point 1.).
4. Testing.
5. Handing over the functionality of the module.

• ssh access to Zimbra servers (root level).
• network access to Zimbra servers.
