Overview
ZI-SECURITYINCIDENT is a module that allows users to easily report security incidents and threats in received emails. An easy-to-use zimlet and a very useful tool in the fight against electronic scams.

Characteristics
ZI-SecurityIncident is automatic reporting (with one user click) of security incidents and threats.
Thanks to ZI-SecurityIncident, the security department will be safely notified of suspicious emails. In addition to information about the threat, the module will send a compressed and encrypted copy of such an e-mail, and additionally attach a preview of it in the form of a PDF file.

Purchase Details
Number of accounts
The module is licensed for all accounts (mailboxes) created on the Zimbra server. If the number of your accounts in Zimbra exceeds the number of accounts compatible with the ZI-SecurityIncident module, the functions of the ZI-SecurityIncident module will be disabled.
Subscription and Support
ZI-SecurityIncident can be subscribed for one or two years in advance. After this period, the license must be re-subscribed. Zimlet features will be disabled after the subscription period.
During the subscription period, you have the right to update the plug-in to the latest available version and to receive technical support. Support is available through the support page or chat on our website.

Installation
By choosing an additional option (during the purchase), you are entitled to direct support from Intalio Services for the installation and configuration of the module.
The implementation process on the part of INTALIO consists of the following steps:
1. Preparation of specifications and implementation details – direct contact with the client.
2. Installing the module (zimlet).
3. Configuration of the module in accordance with the specification (point 1.).
4. Testing.
5. Handing over the functionality of the module.
